In these classes you’ll be led through gentle meditation s to bring you into a more conscious experience of your body so that you can release tension and holding. You'll also learn simple and safe breathing techniques that you can integrate into your daily life.

Simply breathing well and inhabiting your body more fully can have a profound impact on your sense of well being, enabling more calm and a greater capacity to meet life's demands with ease.

 

**For all classes - please wear comfortable clothing in layers and refrain from wearings scented perfumes.
