The aim of all of our meditation classes and programs is the same: To educate and empower people through direct experience (rather than just understanding) of states of being. This enables them to grow awareness of and heal the patterns they hold and operate from which cause them stress and suffering; be they physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
Most providers of integrative healthcare agree that stress is the underlying cause of the vast majority of physical ailments that people experience. In our fast-paced society, people have become increasingly disconnected from their bodies, their emotions and their spirit. They can feel isolated and at the mercy of their circumstances, struggling just to get by. This chronic psychological and emotional stress can lead to holding and disconnection in the body that often results in physical pain and other symptoms. Our Centre offers different programs in meditation to support awareness, whether people are new to meditation or have previous experience.
