Dr. Christina Allan

ND

Dr. Christina Allan is a Naturopathic Doctor passionate about supporting patients who feel stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, guiding them toward a more empowered, sustainable path to health. She takes a thoughtful individualized approach, uncovering the root causes of health concerns and helping patients develop a deeper understanding of their bodies.

She creates a compassionate, collaborative space, helping patients understand their symptoms, recognize patterns in their health, and understand how the mind and body are connected — supporting meaningful, lasting change rather than temporary fixes.

By integrating naturopathic therapies with current research, she develops personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans aimed at restoring balance, supporting long-term wellness, and helping patients feel like themselves again. Her intention is for every patient to leave feeling hopeful, understood, and confident in their path forward.

She completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree at Queen’s University before returning to British Columbia to earn her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. At the heart of her practice is the belief that healing begins when patients feel seen, supported, and connected to themselves.

FAQs

with Dr. Allan

  • Working with me is a true partnership. We move at a pace that feels right for you, make sense of your symptoms together, and check in on your goals along the way, so you feel confident in the steps we’re taking. I create space for you to slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself, all while building a plan that supports long-term wellbeing.

  • People are often surprised to learn how much I love to bake. It’s a hobby that lets me be creative and intentional, and it reminds me how small, careful steps can make a big difference — a principle I bring to patient care.

  • I love helping patients feel confident and informed about their own health. I feel honoured to guide them as they gain clarity, understanding, and the tools to take charge of their wellbeing.
