FAQs

with Dr. Gavril

  • Working with me feels collaborative, grounded, and genuinely supportive. I take a trauma-informed approach, meaning I move at my patient’s pace, create a safe space for their story, and make sure they always feel heard and in control of their care. My practice blends evidence-based naturopathic medicine with the best of conventional research, especially in women’s health, fertility, perimenopause/menopause support, and hormone therapy.
You can expect clear explanations, in-depth treatment plans, and a partnership where my patient’s health goals stay at the center.

  • People are often surprised to learn that before becoming a naturopathic doctor, I played high-performance tennis for years. That background shaped my understanding of discipline, stress resilience, and body awareness, skills I now bring into clinical practice.

They’re also surprised to hear how much I love music festivals and travel; these experiences remind me of the importance of joy, connection, and balance, the very things I encourage my patients to cultivate in their own lives.

  • My favorite part is witnessing the transformation that happens when someone finally feels supported, whether that’s regulating their cycle, improving fertility, navigating perimenopause, or feeling themselves again after years of symptoms being dismissed.

I love helping women understand their bodies deeply and confidently, and I’m honoured to walk with my patients through some of the most meaningful chapters of their lives.
