Yes. As a naturopathic doctor with additional prescribing authority and Menopause Society certification, I prescribe menopause hormone therapy often in my practice, where appropriate. I complete a full assessment and together we create a comprehensive plan that includes nutrition, lifestyle therapies and potentially hormone therapy if indicated and the risk is low.

I'm so grateful for my patients and their kind words. I often hear that patients feel dismissed in the medical system when seeking care for their hormonal symptoms. I've personally experienced this when I first got diagnosed with PCOS. My goal is to make a small change in this large healthcare gap, and I often hear my patients express their gratitude when they finally feel heard, validated, understood and presented with further assessment and treatment options that they feel comfortable and confident with.
