FAQs

with Dr. Allan

  • Working with me is a true partnership. We move at a pace that feels right for you, make sense of your symptoms together, and check in on your goals along the way, so you feel confident in the steps we’re taking. I create space for you to slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself, all while building a plan that supports long-term wellbeing.

  • People are often surprised to learn how much I love to bake. It’s a hobby that lets me be creative and intentional, and it reminds me how small, careful steps can make a big difference — a principle I bring to patient care.

  • I love helping patients feel confident and informed about their own health. I feel honoured to guide them as they gain clarity, understanding, and the tools to take charge of their wellbeing.
